Product Description
T6 series core bits are designed for surface exploration when used with the T6 series core barrel.
Impregnated bits can penetrate a broad range of formations from the softest to the hardest rocks. They are manufactured with high-quality synthetic diamonds evenly distributed through a tungsten carbide matrix. During drilling, the matrix wears away evenly, resulting in continuous exposure of new, sharp diamond points throughout the bit's lifespan.
All impregnated bits feature T.C. and diamond gauge protection. The optimal diamond size, concentration, and matrix composition vary according to the hardness and abrasiveness of the rock formations being drilled.
